Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or subscribing to The Pawstage ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by an individual, not a registered company, and is provided as-is under the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service is

The Pawstage provides age-staged pet care content and a personal tracking tool for logging your pet's weight, vaccinations, and vet visits. It is a subscription product, billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.

Not veterinary advice

The Pawstage provides general, age-staged care information for reference purposes only. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consulting a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a vet for any health concern regarding your pet.

Billing and subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions
• You can cancel anytime from your account; your access continues until the end of the paid period
• New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment by emailing hello@thepawstage.com
• Refunds are not guaranteed after the 7-day window, except where required by law

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the pet information you provide — the content and tracker are only as useful as the details you enter (e.g. correct birth date).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' accounts, reselling or redistributing the content packs, or using the Service for anything unlawful.

Cancellation and data

If you cancel, your pet record and tracker history are kept for 90 days in case you resubscribe, then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to the Service

We may update, add to, or discontinue features of the Service over time, and may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pawstage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on content provided.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
